Web Accessibility

I'm currently employed as a UI designer by CareWorks. A major part of my job is accessibility, as our software is used by social services in the UK and US, and accessibility is a legal requirement.

Accessibility isn't a matter of ticking the boxes on the W3C's checklist. User testing is essential, I've worked with the Shaw Trust to ensure CareWork's software got their Accessible+ award (equivalent to a AAA W3C rating).
